Assignment Connect (“we”, “us”) runs an online marketplace and information resource where users can post, find and discuss real estate assignment opportunities. We are not a real estate brokerage, lender, law firm or tax advisor, and we are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings

• You may only post an assignment you have the legal right to market, or that you are authorized in writing to market on a client’s behalf.
• You are responsible for making sure your listing is accurate and follows your purchase agreement, including any builder restrictions on assignments or advertising.
• Realtors must follow the advertising rules of their regulator and brokerage.
• We review listings before they’re published and may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Messaging and conduct

Use messaging only for genuine inquiries about listings. Spam, harassment, misleading information, and attempts to collect deposits or payments through the platform are prohibited.

5. No advice

Content on this site, including guides and calculators, is general information only and is not legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. Always consult qualified professionals before entering into an agreement.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from listings, communications or transactions between users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
