Why agents use it

Built for how assignments actually sell

A focused audience

Everyone browsing is here for assignments: investors, end-users and agents with buyers who want new construction.

The numbers buyers ask for

Original price, deposit paid, closing date, builder consent status, parking and locker are all built into every listing.

One inbox

Inquiries arrive as private messages in your account, so you can qualify buyers before you share details.

Manage many listings

List several client assignments and edit, pause or update them from one dashboard.

Moderated marketplace

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, which keeps quality high and spam out.

Source inventory

Working with a buyer who wants new construction? Filter live assignments by city, type, beds and budget.

Listing for a client

Three steps to go live

  2. 2

    Post the assignment

Choose Realtor under “Listed By”, add photos or floor plans and fill in the key numbers.

  3. 3

    We review, buyers reach out

Once approved, your listing goes live and inquiries land in your inbox.

Compliance reminders

Keep your listing on the right side of the rules

  • Get your client’s written permission before advertising their unit.
  • Check the builder’s APS. Many builders restrict public marketing of assignments.
  • Include your brokerage name, as your regulator’s advertising rules require.
  • Don’t publish the unit number or the client’s personal details without consent.
